Following on from the success of Sports Café, The Game was a sporting injection that was to again prove a ratings success for the TV3 Network. Hosted by League star Matthew Ridge and Terry Hill with reporters Nick Piper and Brent Todd, the show went for two seasons.

Grundy combined two successful formats, Sale Of The Century and Cartoon Connection, to produce Off The Planet – a game show with Razzo a puppet of dubious humour. Hosted by Nick Piper, the show went for 70 episodes.
